Qualifications

• Proven competency in Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Understanding of diagnostic reference levels and their impact on image quality.
• Previous experience with cardiac pacing.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical radiographic duties as delegated by the lead radiographer.
• Ensure effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team working.

Skills

Understanding of biological effects of radiations

Broad understanding of approaches to communication

Ability to differentiate between normal and abnormal anatomy

Recognise limitations of the resource base

Education

MSc (pre-registration); FHEQ level 7/SCQF level 11
