  • Conduct literature reviews, analyzing supplier data and applying modeling techniques
  • Collaborate with research partners and mentor team members
Things we’re looking for:
  • PhD in soil science, biogeochemistry, environmental sciences, or a related field with expertise in soil carbon dynamics and storage.
  • Minimum 1 year in post-graduate work
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while delivering high quality results.
  • Clear communication skills
  • Proven ability to approach complex challenges with curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset

Bonus: Experience with soil carbon projects, from the supplier, registry, or MRV perspective

This role isn’t for you if:
  • You want a remote job. We value in-person collaboration and spend three days a week in the office.
  • You prefer staying within your area of expertise and operating in structured environments. We navigate ambiguity at extreme pace and everyone is a generalist.
  • You’re looking for a short term gig. We’re building for the long term and looking for people ready to grow with us for 5-10 years.
