Jago Consultants are supporting a Main Car Dealership in Slough to recruit experienced Car Sales Executives. You will meet and greet customers, qualify needs, and demonstrate vehicles while following a structured sales process and delivering first-class service.

The role requires a professional approach, strong people skills, and a proven ability to drive sales KPIs. A valid UK driving licence is essential, with potential for future promotion to BM/Controller for MG based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in car sales or automotive environment preferred.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs such as unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings.
• Demonstrates professional approach and strong people skills.
• Ability to follow a structured sales process and build rapport with customers.

My client is a Main Car Dealership and they are looking for experienced Car Sales Executives to join their team in Slough.

• To meet and greet customers, qualify their needs and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
• To follow a sales process, while providing excellent customer service, building a long-term rapport with your customers.
• To have a professional approach and first class people skills. You will be driven and highly motivated to succeed,
• You will need to be able to demonstrate your success in your current position. in respect to sales KPIs (unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings etc.)
• Near future can lead to promotion to become BM/Controller for MG.
• You will be working in a Sales Executive role within the motor industry, and will be very successful in your career.
• You will need to follow a structured sales process, while being able to build a strong rapport with each customer.
