Job summary

Jago Consultants is assisting a Main Dealership in High Wycombe to recruit a Sales Executive. You will meet and greet customers, qualify needs, demonstrate vehicles, discuss funding and sell F&I products, and build a robust customer database.

A structured sales process and excellent people skills are essential to succeed and achieve KPIs. You will have a minimum of 3 years in a main dealership, a proven sales record, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a main dealership sales role.
• Proven track record in motor industry sales.
• Demonstrated ability to follow a structured sales process and deliver top customer service.
• Excellent people skills and professional approach.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.

My Client is a Main Dealership in High Wycombe and they’re looking for a Sales Executive to help the rest of the team!

• To meet and greet customers, qualify their needs and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
• To discuss funding, and sell additional F&I products.
• To build and maintain your customer database.
• To follow a sales process, whilst providing excellent customer service, building a long-term rapport with your customers.
• To have a professional approach and first class people skills. You will be driven and highly motivated to succeed,
• You will need to be able to demonstrate your success in your current position in respect to sales KPIs (unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings etc.).

Please ensure when considering yourself for this position you do have a minimum of 3 years in a main dealership, a successful proven track record in the motor industry, and a degree of stability among previous / current roles.
