Hawkfield Recruitment Ltd. is supporting a family-run dealership in Reading to recruit a Car Sales Executive. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to handover, and guide customers through the full sales process for new and used vehicles.

With uncapped commission, a competitive salary and structured training, you will work alongside the sales and service teams to maximise customer satisfaction and Motability opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in car sales or a similar retail/customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a drive to succeed.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.

We're looking for a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to become a key part of this growing team at our clients recently refurbished showroom in Reading.

What You'll Do
