Surrey Specialist Cars in Cranleigh is seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive to join our used-car team. You’ll engage with customers in showroom, online and over the phone, match needs to vehicles, and guide them through test drives and finance options.

The role offers a 5-day week, uncapped earnings with £24,000 base and £60k+ OTE, plus 30 days holiday, pension, and on-site parking. Full UK driving licence required; training provided for right person.

Qualifications

• You must have strong people skills and a professional approach.
• You must be confident communicating in person and over the phone.
• You should work well independently and in a team.
• You are IT-literate and comfortable using CRM systems.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
• Car sales experience is advantageous but not essential; full training provided.

As a Car Sales Executive, you'll play a key part in delivering an exceptional buying experience for our customers. From first enquiry to handover and after-sales care, you'll handle every step with professionalism and enthusiasm. This position focuses on used car sales, working with a hand-picked range of quality vehicles.
