Job summary

Jago Consultants is assisting a leading Main Dealership in Oxford to recruit a Sales Executive. You will greet customers, qualify needs, and demonstrate vehicles while following a structured sales process to deliver great service and drive sales.

You will have a track record in motor sales, a minimum of 3 years in a main dealership, and a valid UK driving licence. A competitive basic with OTE up to £50,000 awaits the successful candidate.

My client is a great Main Dealership in Oxford and they’re looking for a Sales Executive to join their busy and thriving site!

Car Sales Executive Package: Competitive Basic with OTE up to £50,000

• To meet and greet customers, qualify their needs and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
• To follow a sales process, whilst providing excellent customer service, building a long-term rapport with your customers.
• To have a friendly but professional approach and first class people skills.
• You will be Proactive, Driven and Highly Motivated to succeed.
• You will need to be able to demonstrate your success in your current position in respect to sales KPIs (unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings etc.)
• Please ensure when considering yourself for this position you do have a minimum of 3 years in a main dealership, a successful proven track record in the motor industry, and a degree of stability among previous / current roles.

About you;

• You will need to follow a structured sales process, whilst being able to build a strong rapport with each customer.
• You will be determined to succeed and prepared to drive your performance on a daily basis.
• You must have a valid UK driving licence
