We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run main dealership in Norwich for a Car Sales Executive position. The Car Sales Executive will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, building lasting relationships, and driving vehicle sales.

Duties of the Car Sales Executive:

• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and present suitable vehicle options
• Maximise sales opportunities both within the showroom and on the forecourt
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
• Support vehicle handovers and ensure customer satisfaction
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, maintaining a professional and proactive approach

Requirements of the Car Sales Executive:

• Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within the motor trade
