ACS Automotive Recruitment is seeking a Used Car Sales Executive for our client's growing main dealership in King's Lynn. The role offers £24,000 basic salary with £45,000 uncapped OTE, and demand-driven earning potential.

You will build relationships, manage enquiries across channels, and drive finance and warranty product sales, while delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to dealership targets.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience as a Car Sales Executive in the motor trade.
• Proven ability to achieve vehicle sales targets.
• Full UK Driving Licence required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities

• Sell high-quality used vehicles while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Manage enquiries from multiple channels including telephone, online and showroom visits.
• Guide customers through the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
• Promote finance, warranty and additional products to maximise profitability.
• Maintain accurate customer records using the dealership CRM system.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales and KPI targets.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up to date with current market trends.
• Handle customer queries professionally, ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.

Your Background & Skills

• Ideally 2-3 years' experience as a Car Sales Executive within the motor trade.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve vehicle sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Highly motivated with a driven and professional approach.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Experience selling finance and value-added products is advantageous.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
