AutoPath Recruitment Ltd's client, a leading Main Dealer in Basingstoke, is seeking a driven Car Sales Executive to deliver exceptional face-to-face service and close vehicle sales. You will welcome customers, understand their requirements and assist in selecting the right vehicle, while handling inbound enquiries and proactively generating leads.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a fantastic Main Dealer in Basingstoke. We are looking for a driven, customer-focused individual with a proven track record in vehicle sales and a passion for delivering exceptional face-to-face customer service.

Car Sales Executive Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their requirements and assist them in selecting the right vehicle.
• Manage inbound enquiries and proactively generate sales leads by phone, email and other channels.
• Conduct customer consultations, vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

Car Sales Executive Requirements

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills are essential, alongside a proactive, driven and results-focused approach.
• The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for the automotive industry and a strong determination to achieve sales targets. Previous experience working in a vehicle sales environment is essential, ideally within a main dealership or established motor trade business.
• You will be confident dealing with customers, able to build rapport quickly and motivated by delivering an outstanding customer experience while maximising every sales opportunity.
