Job summary

Jago Consultants is assisting a Main Dealership in High Wycombe to recruit a Sales Executive. You will meet and greet customers, qualify needs, demonstrate vehicles, discuss funding and sell F&I products, and build a robust customer database.

A structured sales process and excellent people skills are essential to succeed and achieve KPIs. You will have a minimum of 3 years in a main dealership, a proven sales record, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a main dealership sales role.
• Proven track record in motor industry sales.
• Demonstrated ability to follow a structured sales process and deliver top customer service.
• Excellent people skills and professional approach.
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers, qualify needs and demonstrate vehicles.
• Discuss funding and sell additional F&I products.
• Build and maintain the customer database.
• Follow a structured sales process and build long-term rapport with customers.
• Demonstrate success with respect to sales KPIs (unit volume, F&I, CSI, etc.).
