Sales Consultant – Premium Automotive Brand

Thames Ditton (Main Dealer) | OTE £60k+ | Company Car

My client is seeking a proven, high-performing Sales Consultant to join their successful premium‑brand dealership in Thames Ditton. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a strong track record in automotive retail who thrives in a fast-paced, customer‑focused environment.

What’s on Offer

• £25,000 basic salary
• OTE £60,000+ (based on selling approx. 180 cars per annum with strong finance & product penetration)
• Company car + fuel allowance (from home to work)

• Work with a respected premium brand at a well-established main dealer

Hours of Work

• Monday – Friday : 8 : 30am – 5 : 30pm
• Saturday : 8 : 30am – 5 : 00pm
• Sunday & Bank Holidays : 10 : 00am – 4 : 00pm (rota basis approx. 1 in 3)
• One day off in lieu every week to compensate for Saturday working
