Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd, on behalf of a client, is recruiting a Sales Executive for a prestige dealership in Droitwich. The role offers a £23,500 base and an achievable £55,000 OTE, with a strong commission package and a professional team environment.

Working hours are Mon-Thu 8:30-17:00, Fri 8:30-16:00, Sat 9:00-13:00 (2 Saturdays/month), with Sundays off. You will manage enquiries, present vehicles, handle part-exchanges, and upsell finance products.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive within the automotive sector.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with prestige or performance vehicles preferred.
• Commercially aware with a target-driven approach.
• Good understanding of finance options and valuation of part-exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries from first contact through to vehicle handover
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Handle part-exchanges and negotiate vehicle deals
• Present finance, warranty, and insurance products effectively
• Follow up on leads and develop new sales opportunities
• Deliver excellent customer service at all stages of the sales process
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of vehicles, products, and dealership offerings

The Sales Executive role offers a competitive basic salary of £23,500 with an achievable on-target earnings of approximately £55,000 per annum.
