Octane Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced Car Sales Executive for a flagship main dealership in Slough. The role offers a strong basic salary with a guaranteed commission for the first 3 months and an OTE of £55,000.

The position requires a solid track record in motor trade sales, excellent communication, and the ability to self-generate leads. You will work a demanding schedule in a franchised dealership environment with brand training and a company car included.

Salary: £30,000 Basic plus uncapped Bonus (Realistic OTE £55,000)

Guaranteed bonus for the first 3 Months.

Working Hours: 5 Day work week | Monday to Friday 08:30 – 18:00 (set day off), every Saturday 09:00 – 17:00, and 1 in 2 Sundays 10:00 – 16:00 (additional day off when working a Sunday)

• Represent the dealership professionally at all times.
• Previous motor trade experience as a Sales Executive within a franchised motor dealership.
• Proven track record of generating your own sales opportunities.
• Target-driven with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Disciplined approach to following a structured sales process.
• Experience maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Confident and clear communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Previous experience with Electric Vehicles (EV’s) would be beneficial, but not essential.
• Good knowledge of motor trade products.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
