Howards Group is hiring a Sales Customer Relationship Manager at our Dorchester Retailer. You will manage the full sales cycle, advise on finance/insurance, and upsell products while keeping up-to-date with product knowledge.

This role focuses on delivering outstanding service and building strong customer relationships. You will be part of a target-driven sales team, with weekends required and a focus on proactive lead generation and high-quality records.

• Target-driven, customer-focused with sales experience preferred.
• Honesty and integrity in all customer interactions.
• Ability to work weekends regularly.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills while delivering great customer experience.

• Full driving licence (manual and automatic) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer expectations throughout the sales process, ensuring excellent service.
• Advise clients on finance, insurance, and additional products, upselling where appropriate.
• Keep up to date with latest product knowledge to ensure best service.
• Build and maintain a prospect list, maximising sales leads and managing prospects.
• Pro-actively generate leads and manage customers in the sales cycle.
