Howards Group's Taunton Peugeot/Vauxhall dealership seeks a Sales Customer Relationship Manager to drive sales and deliver outstanding service. You will build relationships with customers, advise on products, finance and insurance, and work to exceed targets in a busy sales environment.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence, manual and automatic
• Honesty with high integrity
• Target-driven, customer-focused; sales experience ideal
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Negotiation and closing skills with customer satisfaction
• Well-presented with a passion for outstanding service
• Ability to follow processes and maintain accurate records
• Resilient and results-focused with receptiveness to feedback

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by selling vehicles and add-ons
• Manage customer expectations throughout the sales process
• Advise on finance, insurance and add-on products; upsell where appropriate
• Keep up to date with product knowledge to give best service
• Build and maintain a prospect list and maximise leads
• Pro-actively generate leads and manage customers through the sales cycle
