Howards Group's Taunton Peugeot/Vauxhall dealership seeks a Sales Customer Relationship Manager to drive sales and deliver outstanding service. You will build relationships with customers, advise on products, finance and insurance, and work to exceed targets in a busy sales environment.

• Full driving licence, manual and automatic

Your Role as a Sales Customer Relationship Manager:

• Achieve sales targets by selling vehicles and associated products/add-ons.
• Manage customer expectations throughout the sales process, ensuring excellent service.
• Advise clients on finance, insurance, and additional products,upsellingwhere appropriate.
• Keep up to date with the latest product knowledge to ensure that customers receive the best service.
• Build and maintain a prospect list, maximising sales leads and managing prospects.
• Pro-actively generate leads and manage customers in the sales cycle.

What Are We Looking For?

• A full driving licence.Manual and Auto.
