Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within the motor trade is preferred.
• Knowledge of Kerridge computer system preferred.
• Strong selling skills to promote services and previously unsold work to customers.
• Excellent communication and telephone skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking incoming booking calls, providing service quotes, and reserving loan cars / collection appointments
• Raising paper work / job packs in preparation of customers' appointments
• Updating vehicle and customer records
• Supporting front-line staff with administration duties
• General administrative duties / filing as required
