We’re working with one of the world’s leading Financial Services to find an exceptional Campus Recruiter to join their London-based Early Careers team.

This role focuses on high-impact engagement with top-tier undergraduate and Master’s-level talent across trading, software engineering, and investing. You’ll be responsible for building and nurturing a pipeline of the top 1% of STEM talent – from early identification to internship conversion.

Key highlights:

  • Lead on-campus attraction and engagement, with a strong presence across target universities.
  • Full ownership of flagship, large-scale engagement events – on campus and internationally.
  • Opportunity for US travel, and extensive campus travel from September to December.
