Job description

We think of ourselves as the team behind the team, supporting the lifelong impact sports can have: the lessons in teamwork and dedication; the influence of inspiring coaches; and the opportunities to reach new heights. That's why we help teams from all over the world see their game differently. Our products make it easier for coaches and athletes at any level to capture video, analyze data, share highlights and more.

Ready to join us? We are looking for a Campaigns & Partnerships Co‑ordinator who will be responsible for developing seasonal campaigns and offers for our semi‑pro and amateur football audiences. This role includes identifying, promoting, and executing both industry and Hudl‑owned events, and identifying and activating relevant influencers and ambassadors.

This role requires three days in the office per week, so we’re currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our offices in Leeds.

Responsibilities
  • Own campaign execution. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to understand quarterly marketing objectives and KPIs and assist with planning and executing multi‑channel campaigns tied to the football calendar. You’ll ensure the positioning is clear, relevant, and engaging.
  • Drive awareness and adoption. Build promotional campaigns that increase awareness, create urgency, and drive product adoption.
  • Manage events and partnerships. Identify industry events and develop Hudl‑owned digital and in‑person events, collaborating with our events team on delivery. Activate relevant influencers and ambassadors to help reach a wider audience.
  • Collaborate across teams. Work with the Paid Media and Digital Marketing Co‑ordinators to amplify seasonal and always‑on campaigns through various channels. Collaborate with sales and customer success to capture market insights, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform future campaigns.
  • Analyse performance. Analyse campaigns based on pre‑defined KPIs and report results back to the Marketing Manager.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience and experience in setting up and managing multi‑channel campaigns.
  • Ability to think both creatively and conceptually, as well as analytically.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks, and deliver high‑quality work, sometimes under high pressure, within a dynamic organisation.
  • Interest in the sports industry, specifically semi‑pro and amateur football.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing platforms.
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • SaaS experience. Experience working in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment is a plus.
Benefits
  • Champion work‑life harmony. Flexible vacation time, company holidays, remote work options, and more.
  • Guarantee autonomy. Open, honest culture; own work and try new ideas.
  • Encourage career growth. Lifelong learning and professional development resources.
  • Provide an environment to help you succeed. Invested office spaces and technology.
  • Support your wellbeing. Medical, retirement benefits, employee assistance program, and mental health resources.

Base salary range: £28,000 – £47,000 GBP. Compensation decisions are based on experience, skills and education in line with our internal pay equity practices.
