Job summary

Pertemps Bond in Redditch is recruiting a Call Centre Representative to handle inbound enquiries, qualify customer needs and book appointments for the field sales team. You will deliver professional service on a busy contact centre and contribute to business growth through effective questioning and CRM documentation.

The role is on site in Redditch, 40 hours per week, with a £25,000 base salary and uncapped commission leading to an OTE of £35,000–£40,000.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a call centre, telesales, customer service or appointment-setting role.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Confident handling customer objections and overcoming barriers to appointment booking.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Location: Redditch (On Site)

Salary: £25,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £35,000 - £40,000)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation for a driven and customer-focused Call Centre Representative.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, responding to enquiries, and arranging appointments for the field-based sales team. You'll play a key role in supporting business growth while ensuring every customer receives a professional and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Working Hours

Shift patterns will be discussed during the interview process, however the standard operating hours are:

• Primarily 9:00am to 5:30pm
• Two later shifts per week of 10:00am to 7:00pm
• One Saturday in every eight on a rota basis
• A weekday will be given in lieu when a Saturday is worked

Benefits

• £25,000 basic salary
• Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £35,000 - £40,000
