Job summary

Pertemps Redditch Commercial is recruiting a Call Centre Representative in Redditch for a full-time, on-site role. You will handle inbound enquiries, book appointments for the field sales team, and deliver a consistently positive caller experience.

With 40-hour weeks, a base salary of £25,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £35,000–£40,000), you’ll join a supportive team and receive training and development to hit targets and build customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in call centre, telesales, customer service or appointment-setting roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Confident handling of objections and booking appointments.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries in a professional and engaging manner.
• Contact prospective customers following campaigns and website enquiries.
• Qualify customer requirements and book appointments for the sales team.
• Build rapport and identify customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
