Four-Squared-Recruitment-1 is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for an outbound calling role in Redditch. You will make a high volume of outbound calls to customers, build rapport, and identify opportunities to reconnect with those who haven’t engaged recently.

The role requires experience in contact centre, telesales or outbound roles with a confident telephone manner and strong communication. Salary up to £26,000 plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

Customer Service Advisor - Outbound Calling

Do you enjoy speaking to people and building relationships over the phone? Are you confident making outbound calls and resilient enough to stay positive when faced with objections or unanswered calls?

We're delighted to be supporting a well-established business within the leisure and hospitality sector as they continue to grow their customer contact team in Redditch. We're looking for a confident and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join the business in an outbound calling role. You'll spend much of your day speaking with customers, building relationships, and creating opportunities for the business to reconnect with customers who haven't engaged recently. This role would suit someone with previous contact centre, outbound calling, telesales or customer engagement experience who enjoys speaking to people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls to customers, maintaining accurate records and delivering a positive and professional customer experience. Building rapport and creating genuine connections will be key to your success, helping customers feel valued while identifying opportunities to support their future needs.
