Qualifications

• Strong metrology background with torque and/or force calibration expertise.
• Experience managing or working within an accredited calibration laboratory.
• Solid understanding of ISO / IEC, UKAS processes, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day calibration lab operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Plan and manage laboratory workloads to meet customer requirements.
• Drive compliance with ISO / IEC and maintain a robust management system.
• Oversee torque calibration activities, including issuing UKAS certificates.
• Liaise directly with customers on technical calibration matters.
• Support, guide, and mentor Calibration Engineers.
