Job summary

Tesco Cafés is seeking a proactive Team Leader to join our friendly, fast-paced environment. You will support the Manager, coach colleagues, and lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational and safety standards to ensure smooth daily running.
• Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are met and followed.
• Lead by example by delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Open and close the café and oversee full operations in the Manager's absence.
• Recognise and celebrate team members for outstanding service.
• Learn the menu inside out and coach the team to do the same.
• Support the manager in coaching and developing colleagues.
• Identify ways to continuously improve customer service.
