Tesco Café is inviting applications for a Team Leader to join our friendly, fast-paced environment. You will support the Manager to meet business goals, coach staff, and demonstrate excellent customer service while leading by example.

Qualifications

• Hospitality background required.
• Experience as Team/Shift Leader or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth day-to-day cafe operations and safety standards.
• Lead by example and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Open/close cafe and oversee full operations in Manager’s absence.
• Coach and develop team members and organise training.
• Support Manager to meet business and financial goals.
• Recognise and celebrate staff for great service.
• Learn menu inside out and ensure the team does too.
• Promote inclusivity and a positive working environment.
