Job summary

Tesco UK Cafés are seeking a Team Leader to help run busy, customer-focused operations with a friendly, can-do mindset. You will support the Manager, coach colleagues, and ensure great service across shifts.

You’ll lead by example, open and close the cafe, and oversee operations in the Manager’s absence. You’ll also deliver Health & Safety training and recognise exceptional performance within a fast-paced, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality or cafe operations.
• Experience leading teams and delivering great customer service.
