The Big Fresh Catering Company seeks a capable café leader to manage and grow the Belle Vue Community Café portfolio. You will drive cost-effective catering services, deliver exceptional food and service, and lead staff in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

About us

The Big Fresh Catering Company provides healthy nutritious school meals at lunchtime, which is compliant with the Food and Nutrient standards set by the Welsh Government's Healthy Eating in Schools (Nutritional Standards and Requirements) (Wales) Regulations 2013. In addition to this, we also provide a high quality Buffet/Function service to our schools, Café at the Penarth Pier Pavilion, weddings, external customers and companies.

About the role

Pay Details: Grade - 5, SCP 8 - 12 £27,709 - £29,542
Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 5/7 Days - 37 hrs per week
Main Place of Work: Belle Vue Community Cafe
