The Vale of Glamorgan Council is seeking a proactive Café Manager for The Pier Pavilion Cafe. This permanent role requires overseeing a cost-efficient catering operation with strong leadership and customer-service focus.

Grade 5 SCP 8–12, 37 hours per week, £27,709–£29,542 per year. Location: The Pier Pavilion Cafe. Experience in café environment management and food safety is essential.

The Big Fresh Catering Company provides healthy nutritious school meals at lunchtime, which is compliant with the Food and Nutrient standards set by the Welsh Government's Healthy Eating in Schools (Nutritional Standards and Requirements) (Wales) Regulations 2013. In addition to this, we also provide a high quality Buffet/Function service to our schools, Café at the Penarth Pier Pavilion, weddings, external customers and companies.
