Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Full-time: 35 hours/week, 5 days, including two peak days (Fri–Sun).
• You must be authorised to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Craft beautiful coffee and serve customers with energy and warmth.
• Help train new employees on recipes, menus, and procedures.
• Open and close the location safely as key holder.
• Handle customer issues promptly with a positive, solution-focused approach.
• Lead initiatives with operations and marketing to boost foot traffic and sales.
