Overview

Café Assistant Barista – Champneys Forest Mere – Contract: Part Time – Salary: up to £12.21 per hour plus gratuities – 30 hours per week

Responsibilities
  • Within our Café you will support the team with taking reservations and effectively managing our tables to maximise revenue.
  • You will provide consistent levels of excellent service, be courteous, professional, and have a passion for what we do.
  • You will have a complete working knowledge of the menus, menu ingredients and what is available for that day.
  • Serve food and drinks both table service and over the counter.
  • Monitor stock levels and stock management.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the Café and follow allergen guidelines.
  • Ensure payments are accurately posted on guest accounts.
  • Opening and closing duties for the café.
  • Evenings are not a requirement in this role due to operating times of this outlet.
Qualifications
  • Complete working knowledge of the menus, ingredients, and daily availability.
  • Courteous, professional demeanor with a passion for delivering quality service.
  • Ability to manage reservations, table service, and cash/ payments accurately.
