Are you a CAD Technician from a Mechanical Services background looking to take your career to the next level in a rapidly expanding construction business that will provide extensive internal training to become a fully‑fledged Building Services Engineer?

In this role you will be working as part of the Mechanical team using CAD to carry out technical drawings for a range of construction projects from fit out to refurb and M&E projects.

This company are a Manchester‑based construction and fit‑out contractor delivering refurbishment, maintenance, and full build solutions across commercial, industrial, retail, and public‑sector projects, supported by in‑house project management and multi‑trade teams.

This role would suit a CAD Technician from a Mechanical Building Services background, looking for the chance to progress your career in a successful construction company.

The Role

• Carrying out technical drawings using CAD
• Working in a team with on‑the‑job training from senior members
• Liaising with key stakeholders to understand project requirements
• Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, 40 hours
