Qualifications

• Recent experience of relevant construction projects required.
• Preferred academic background in construction-based subjects.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor CAD design standards.
• Ensure compliance with project documentation and contracts.
• Manage work plans of CAD project team.
• Support on all aspects of third-party data delivery.
• Production of CAD and BIM models.
• Maintain documentation records of design deliverables.

Skills

Knowledge of information management tools

Experience of CAD/BIM management tools

Experience of managing technical information

Ability to work under pressure

Education

Academic qualifications of HNC/HND (or higher)

Recognised CAD certification
