A leading Formula 1 racing team in the United Kingdom seeks a CAD Systems Specialist to join their Product Lifecycle Management team. The role involves leading CAD implementations, optimising Siemens NX solutions, and providing hands-on technical support in a high-performance environment. We are now looking for a CAD Systems Specialist to join our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team within the Technology Innovation Group. This is a key technical leadership role, providing strategic direction and hands‑on expertise for our CAD platform, Siemens NX, supporting the design, manufacturing, and engineering teams that power our race cars.
As a CAD Systems Specialist, you will be the technical authority for Siemens NX at Williams Racing. You will lead CAD projects, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our CAD systems enable seamless CAD workflows across the business.
Working closely with engineers, IT, and manufacturing teams, you will provide “at‑elbow” support, develop custom tools, and champion best practices that deliver real value in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
