Job summary

Job title: CAD Engineer

iO are partnered with an Oxford based business within the Renewable Energy sector, currently looking for a CAD Engineer to join on a permanent basis.

The successful engineer will take full ownership of CAD model generation and definition, whilst collaborating with technical specialists to ensure design meet performance and DFM goals.

Key skills and experience:

• CATIA expertise, must be able to hit the ground running.
• Good background in designing, specifying and processing composites.
• Background in Automotive/Motorsport highly desirable.
• Experience in a similar surfacing role.

This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in the full product lifecycle, from concept through to manufacture. Working within cross-functional teams of CFD and FE experts.

This role is great for someone who wants to see their design evolve rapidly into real-life, high-performance components that will help contribute to an ever-growing renewables industry.

This role will initially require you to be fully on-site throughout probation.
