Business Support Officer (Child Protection Administrator) | 9442 | Secondment Opportunity / Temporary Fixed Term Contract until End of December 2026 | Part-Time 29.6 hours per week | £26,403 to £28,142 pro rata per annum | Grade E | Norwich

We are looking for a Part-time, Fixed Term Child Protection Administrator to join our team within Independent Statutory Services, Assurance & Practice.

Responsibilities

The Child Protection Administrator will be expected to deliver the below alongside other administration tasks:

  • To coordinate arrangements prior to all meetings, ensuring that venue professionals and family members, are dealt with in the correct manner
  • To accurately record child protection conference/LADO discussions and decisions.
  • To distribute completed Chairs/LADO reports from conference within NSCB timescales (with due care and attention to sensitive/third party material).
  • To record information from conference into a Child Protection Plan/Action Log and distribute within NSCB timescales.
  • To ensure that the outcomes and further meetings resulting from child protection conferences/LADO meetings are completed in an accurate, thorough and timely manner.
  • To ensure that any follow up action is taken by informing relevant Independent Chairs/LADO when appropriate.
  • To liaise with outside agencies and relevant professionals as appropriate.
