We have a fantastic opportunity for you to make a real impact as our Business Support Coordinator. You will play a key role in keeping our services running smoothly and effectively by providing structured coordination and administrative oversight. Our goal is to ensure critical tasks are delivered on time and service delivery is never compromised by avoidable delays. In post, you'll take ownership of setting service priorities, filtering issues, and seeking resolution. A core part of the role will be the collection and management of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistency, compliance, and best practice across all three units, while working collaboratively with teams across the service. Looking ahead, you'll support future planning and continuous improvement initiatives, helping to anticipate service needs, resource allocation, and strengthen operational effectiveness. You'll also be responsible for the development and collation of data for surveys, audits, and assurance activities, including performance reporting and CQC requirements. Additionally, your role will be pivotal in supporting our PBUC Manager to align all units, particularly with the Urgent and Emergency Care (UEC) workstream. This alignment is crucial for integrated service delivery, supporting organisational priorities, and maintaining consistency across departments.
Main duties of the job: will be expected to work across three locations – the Minor Injury Units in Clevedon and Yate, and the Urgent Treatment Centre Hengrove, Bristol.
