Job description

PE Global is recruiting a Business Support Analyst for our manufacturing client based in Desford. The role is an initial 12 month contract and the rate for this role is £18.04 PAYE or £24.70 Umbrella p/hour.

Responsibilities
  • Support daily order management activities, including resolving system issues and user queries.
  • Process and manage order-related data across internal systems.
  • Investigate and resolve invoicing or documentation discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records and support updates to process documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline manual tasks using digital tools.
  • Assist with system testing, updates, and rollout of new platform features.
  • Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely resolution of customer or internal requests.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or Marketing
  • Previous work with orders and invoicing
  • SAP, Salesforce & CMOPS experience required. PowerBi also desirable
