Mission:

We are looking for a proactive, people‑orientated administrator for our new and growing central Bristol office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working in a team, has excellent communication skills and thrives in a fast‑paced agile environment.

What will be your responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact, greeting and welcoming all clients, visitors, guests and our people to the office
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and external communications
  • Maintain presentation and tidiness of the reception, executive areas, meeting rooms and offices
  • Travel and logistics coordination, arranging group travel bookings and events
  • Booking meetings, conferences and social events
  • Manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including registration, servicing schedules, and fuel cards
  • Manage office consumables stock, orders and supplies
  • Support in procurement processes collaborating with the commercial team
  • Lead on workwear purchases for our production employees
  • Administration support for the senior leadership team and functional teams with required tasks
  • Support onboarding activities, liaising with all stakeholders to ensure an organized, effective, and welcoming experience
  • Welcome new starters and settle them in on their first day with a welcome brief
  • Be the point of contact for newcomers as they settle into the company
  • Support the People Team with internal communication channels
  • Assist with health, safety and environmental tasks and document management administration
  • Support Office Manager with all day‑to‑day tasks
Profile and requirements:
  • Proven experience working in an administration support role
  • Great interpersonal skills and can‑do attitude
  • Integrity, agility, pro‑active, team player
  • Ability to multi‑task and take ownership
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office – Outlook, Sharepoint, Excel, Word & Powerpoint
