• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30/4:30pm

Empowering Learning is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Worcestershire. This is a full-time, long-term position available for an immediate start.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging and high-quality Business lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, supporting students as they prepare for GCSE and A-Level/Level 3 qualifications. You will inspire learners to understand the modern business world, develop strong analytical skills, and achieve their best academically.

Person Specification & Requirements

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Proven experience teaching Business Studies at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience desirable or essential depending on school preference)
• Strong subject knowledge, including current business theory and real-world application
• Effective classroom management and organisational skills
• Ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons to support diverse learners
• Commitment to promoting ambition, inclusivity, and independent learning
• Level 1 Safeguarding Training (training can be provided)
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
