Are you an experienced School Business Manager looking for your next leadership role within a school environment?

Aspire People are currently recruiting an experienced School Business Manager to support a school in Halesowen. This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing the financial and operational management of the school and ensuring the effective use of resources to support staff and students.

As the School Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a wide range of functions including finance, procurement, HR, facilities management, and compliance. You will work closely with the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team, providing strategic and operational support to ensure the school's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the school's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure sustainability
  • Oversee day-to-day operational functions, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively
  • Manage procurement processes and supplier relationships to achieve best value for money
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, financial, and regulatory requirements
