Overview

North Shore Academy is looking for a business manager to join our senior leadership team. This isn’t just a desk job; it is a vital leadership role that keeps the academy running safely, efficiently, and effectively. This academy has an Ofsted rating of "Outstanding" and requires an individual who is capable of driving improvements and raising standards. The role encompasses a wide range of activities, and no two days are the same. As a senior member of the support staff team, you will have operational responsibility for a broad portfolio of non-teaching functions, including (but not limited to) financial transactional operations, human resources, estates and facilities, health and safety, data protection and compliance. Working closely with the principal and other executive leaders, you will ensure that business operations are efficient, compliant and aligned with the trust\'s strategic priorities, enabling leaders and teachers to focus on the quality of education and student outcomes. You will line manage a portfolio of support staff and will act as the academy lead for data protection and compliance.

Responsibilities
