Hungry, passionate, and energetic Business Manager required by a leading main dealer in the Basingstoke area in Hampshire.

Based in Basingstoke, Hampshire, this role focuses on coordinating the daily activities of the Sales Executives, managing enquiries and sales deals, and selling financial solutions with FCA compliance.

Hours include a weekly rota with the occasional Sunday, and the package offers £25k basic salary with £40k OTE plus car and fuel, in a fast-paced, career‑driving environment.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Able to ensure FCA compliance in daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the General Sales Manager, coordinating the daily activities of the Sales Executives.
• Focusing on enquiry management, controlling sales deals, and providing second-facing support when needed.
• Selling financial solutions to customers while maintaining FCA compliance at all times.
• Deputising for the Sales Manager when required and supporting the team to drive performance.

Job Role – Business Manager

Job Location – Basingstoke, Hampshire (commutable from surrounding towns Farnborough, Newbury, Winchester, Alton)

Salary – 25k basic / 40k OTE plus car & fuel

Business Manager Role:

• Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will be coordinating the daily activities of the Sales Executives
• Focusing on enquiry management process, controlling sales deals, second-facing where needed
• Focus on your ability to sell financial solutions to our customers whilst ensuring FCA compliance at all times.

Experience:

• Deputising for the Sales Manager as and when required
• Seeking someone who wants to further develop there career
• Ideally, you will be either a Business Manager, Sales Transaction Manager or Sales Controller working in a main dealer environment.
• Support and training will be given to build on your existing knowledge of systems and to comply with FSA regulation
• This is a fast paced environment and you will need to be professional, approachable enthusiastic to drive the performance of your team.

Hours: Weekly rota plus 1 in 3 Sundays
