Franchised Motor Dealership in Stockport is seeking a Used Car Business Manager to join a fast-paced franchise dealership. You will drive finance and insurance opportunities while delivering an exceptional customer experience and leading the sales team.

The role requires experience in motor trade, a strong FI product knowledge, and a professional, customer-focused approach. A full UK driving licence is required and a competitive package includes a realistic OTE and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager or senior sales executive in motor trade.
• Strong understanding of automotive finance and insurance products.
• Proven track record of achieving FI targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Customer-focused professional approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage the finance and insurance process from enquiry through to vehicle handover.
• Maximise finance penetration and ancillary product sales.
• Ensure all deals are structured effectively to achieve dealership profitability targets.
• Support, coaching and development of the sales team.
• Maintain FCA compliance throughout the sales process.
• Work with lenders and finance partners to achieve the best outcomes for customers.
• Monitor daily and monthly performance against KPIs.
• Assist with stock, pricing and vehicle merchandising strategies.
• Deliver a first-class customer experience from start to finish.

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Used Car Business Manager to join a successful and fast-paced dealership in Stockport.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive sales professional who excels at maximising finance, insurance, and add-on product performance whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience. Working closely with the General Sales Manager and Used Car Sales Team, you will play a crucial role in driving profitability and ensuring every customer journey is handled professionally and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the finance and insurance process from enquiry through to vehicle handover
