About the Role
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), your primary focus is to generate pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients through outbound outreach. You'll be responsible for initiating conversations, understanding prospect needs, and booking meetings for Account Executives.
The outreach mix varies by company — some focus mostly on Cold Calling or more Email and LinkedIn, while others take a multi-channel approach. That said, most of our clients place a strong emphasis on cold calling, given its consistent success in driving qualified opportunities.
