Expectations for Success
  • Client Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients. Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored housing solutions that drive measurable impact.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Generate revenue by prospecting and converting new business opportunities within your market. Collaborate with leadership to align efforts with regional sales strategies and company goals.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by presenting National’s full range of housing services across multiple business segments.
  • Market Engagement: Represent National Corporate Housing at industry events, networking functions, and with local property partners to strengthen brand presence and develop referral opportunities.
  • Territory Ownership: Manage a portfolio of clients within your assigned territory. Use data and CRM tools to track activities, forecast growth, and prioritize outreach effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, and Property Partnerships to ensure a seamless client experience and support long-term success.

  • You bring 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in sales, business development, or a client-facing role.

  • You think strategically, solve problems creatively, and approach every challenge with a solutions-first mindset.
  • You’re confident prospecting, cold calling, and managing a sales pipeline with precision.
  • You collaborate well with others and contribute positively to team culture.
  • You’re comfortable using CRM tools and data to inform your approach and track performance.
  • You have a reliable form of transportation and are open to daily travel within your territory (mileage reimbursed).
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in hospitality or corporate housing is a plus, but passion, drive, and curiosity are what truly set you apart.

  • Competitive Base Salary & Uncapped Commissions
    • $67,400–$74,700 Base Salary
    • Estimated on target monthly commissions of $1,875 based on book of business and market conditions after ramp up
