A global SaaS company seeks a Business Development Representative in Central London. You will generate and nurture leads, work collaboratively with sales and marketing, and develop client relationships. The ideal candidate has outbound sales experience and a strong communication skill set. Our client is a global SaaS company with expertise for over 30 years in a modern service‑management platform designed to create a smoother, smarter, and more efficient experience for both employees and support teams. As a Business Development Representative you’ll be working in the sales team to build up and nurture a pipeline of potential customers. You’ll develop a keen understanding of the client’s SaaS solution to be able to understand the client’s challenges and problem‑solve how their tool could help their businesses.
You’ll be working alongside the other BDRs (roles in both locations), reporting into the Internal Sales Manager of the UK. You’ll collaborate closely with the Lead Generation team, as well as Marketing & Events.
Additionally, the UK sales function is split into cross‑functional Business Units which each focus on particular segments of the market. Upon joining you’ll be assigned a Business Unit dedicated to generating opportunities in specific industries alongside a Business Development Manager, Service Management Consultant, and Customer Success Manager.
The client has branches around the world, you’ll be part of an international organisation too! While you’ll be focusing on the UK markets, there may also be opportunities to collaborate with international colleagues.
