Job summary

Yell is hiring ambitious Business Development Managers to drive new business and grow revenue across the UK. You will engage with clients through face-to-face and virtual meetings, tailoring digital marketing solutions to meet their needs and close deals that boost ROI.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success in sales (Field Sales or High Performing Telesales).
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Resilience and a positive outlook in overcoming objections.
• Excellent presentation skills—verbal and written.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS is desirable.
• A full UK driving licence is required with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for new business by self-sourcing and company leads to open doors with new clients.
• Tailor digital marketing solutions through face-to-face and virtual consultations.
• Close deals by presenting, negotiating, and finalising agreements with clients.
• Manage client relationships and ensure a seamless post-sale experience for up to 12 months.
• Perform data analysis to identify opportunities for growth and ROI improvements.
