Location: Along M4 west of Swindon to South Wales (field‑based)

Salary: £35,000‑£50,000 OTE

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Job Details

Distribution Supplies Group Limited sells bulk wall & floor tiles (porcelain & ceramics) with a dealer network of 1300 clients. The role expands the business by selling and brokering pallet and full trailer sales of wall, floor & patio tiles for domestic & commercial customers across Wales & the Southwest.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new market share in Wales & the Southwest, hard selling to tile shops, distributors, builders, merchant groups.
  • Broker pallet and full trailer sales of wall, floor & patio tiles, creating profitable channel for PORCELGRES branded products.
  • Lead and motivate a sales force to achieve growth; manage territory from south Birmingham M5 corridor to M4 west of Swindon.
  • Develop and implement solid business model, reporting results, capturing market data.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record in business development leading sales or distribution in building materials.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, self‑motivated, hands‑on approach to all aspects of the role.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience field‑based role, comfortable travelling field across territory.
  • Good man‑management skills to motivate salesforce.
