Business Development Manager - UK and Europe

Location – UK, with flexibility for international travel via airports and motorway networks.

Salary - £60k to £70k basic, plus bonus up to £12k per annum, car, and benefits.

The Opportunity

This role offers an exciting opportunity working with a group of 10 global manufacturers across America, Asia, and Europe. The company produces test and measurement equipment and services, supplying sectors like Transport, Renewable Energy, Construction, and Healthcare through distribution partners.

The Role

Focus on UK market strategy and sales via distribution partners, along with European market analysis. Maintain and nurture existing relationships, conduct market and gap analysis, and provide feedback to product and sales teams. Shape sales strategies at the country level and collaborate with local sales teams across Europe to optimize potential.

The Applicant

Possess technical understanding of electrical products or solutions, strategic thinking, and experience in business development and growth strategies for emerging markets. Strong background in export or international sales, with flexibility for international travel. Experience working within a matrix organization is advantageous.
